Custom BMU Solution for Felcra Tower

Project Overview

Felcra Tower, also known as Semarak20 Tower, is a striking 210-meter, 35-floor mixed-use development in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, designed by HMSK Architecture Sdn Bhd. The building, developed by WZR Property Sdn Bhd, combines modern functionality and aesthetic appeal, featuring a prominent glass facade with challenging design elements, including a negative slope area and a crown at the rooftop.

Client Requirement

The client required an advanced system to maintain the building’s facade efficiently, ensuring safe and comprehensive access to all areas, including the challenging negative slope and rooftop crown.

Manntech Solution
